You can delete your Kigo account, and everything in it, at any time. Here’s how — and exactly what gets removed.
Open Kigo and go to Settings → Account → Delete permanently. You’ll be asked to confirm, and then your account is deleted right away.
Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it:
We’ll confirm that the account is yours (usually by checking that you control the account email) and then delete it. This normally takes a few business days.
When your account is deleted, we remove from our systems:
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us, so we cannot cancel one for you. To stop it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal. Please do this first, before you delete your account. Manage subscription
Some copies may remain briefly in routine backups before they are overwritten, and some transaction records are kept where tax and accounting laws require. Anything you already saved to your own phone stays on your phone.
