Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account → Delete permanently in the app. This removes your photos, cards, and albums. Anything you already saved to your phone stays on your phone. If you can’t reach the app, email me at support@kigo-haiku.com.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases go through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where are my photos stored?

Securely on Google Cloud, so you can reach your albums from any device. They’re never published, never sold, and never used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Does Kigo recognize faces?

No. Kigo only checks whether a person appears in a photo, so it can keep skin tones looking natural. It never identifies anyone and never stores anything about a face.

What’s free?

Your first three haiku cards. Enhancing photos is free to use as much as you like, and you can save up to three enhanced photos on the free plan.

Reporting a bug?

Email me at support@kigo-haiku.com and, if you can, include your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. It helps me fix things faster.
